College Dance Prep ("we," "our," or "us") operates the College Dance Prep mobile application and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

  • Name, email address, and password when you create an account

  • Profile information you provide: phone number, training goals, and parent/guardian email (all optional)

  • Sign-in data if you use Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture)

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account

  • To facilitate booking and session scheduling

  • To communicate with you about your account and bookings

  • To allow administrators and PrepMasters to manage your membership

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the app:

  • Airtable — used to store booking records, session scheduling data, and PrepMaster profiles

  • Google — used for optional Google Sign-In authentication; Google receives only the information necessary to verify your identity (name and email)

We do not share your Google account data with any other third parties. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data Protection

We take the following measures to protect your information:

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections

  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms and are never stored in plain text

  • Authentication is handled via secure, industry-standard services

  • Access to user data is restricted to authorized administrators only

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at cdprepadmin1@gmail.com. Note that some information may be retained where required by law.

Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth for sign-in and Google Calendar for optional calendar integration. Use of Google services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use Airtable for data storage, subject to Airtable's Privacy Policy.
